Billed as Microsoft’s first industry-focused cloud solution, Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare has several interesting talking points. For example, it taps into Microsoft services such as Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Azure IoT. By leveraging those tools, healthcare organization can deploy a patient experience that focuses on consumer satisfaction, advanced patient outreach, and more. Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare expands on Microsoft’s current cloud services to allow faster collaborations amongst teams. By leveraging Microsoft Teams, the platform makes it easier for organizations to coordinate and communicate.

Benefits

Healthcare groups can also build virtual agents on the platform. Automation will allow tasks like data analysis and real-time insights to further productivity. An integration between Power Apps and Microsoft Teams allows customers to receive insights quicker than before. On its official page, Microsoft explains some other benefits of the new platform:
